How to Withdraw Funds Using Your Debit Card
- Log in to your account and click on the Withdraw tab in the Cashier. If you deposited funds by a credit and debit card you must withdraw back to the card used for deposit.
- The funds may take 3-5 days to reach your bank account due to standard bank clearance procedures.
- Please note that withdrawals will be sent back to the credit/debit card used for deposit. To avoid delays in processing, please select the method used for deposit.
Withdrawals to Credit and Debit cards are free of charge.
MasterCard Exception:
We currently cannot process any withdrawals to a MasterCard. We will process your withdrawal by a non MasterCard card, bank transfer or cheque. These alternative methods will only be issued to the name used to register your account with us. Customers will have to provide us with documentation before any alternate method can be used to return funds.
Warning:
On behalf of Better Casino, Inside Gaming has implemented the highest level of procedures and technology to detect credit/debit card fraud, and will report suspected fraud to the relevant authorities. Persons attempting credit/debit card fraud will be prosecuted and any associated transactions will be void.
